Identify deviations from policy on instructor training and certification and identifies and assists in corrective actions.

Conduct in-depth reviews of instructional materials.

Coordinate curriculum development by assisting in the design of instructional blocks providing guidance to other faculty members on academic standards and instructional objectives.

Develop lesson plans, course materials, criterion referenced performance tests and self instructional objectives.

Review training material to develop new materials in compliance with the instructional design.

Evaluate student presentations for appropriate techniques.

Evaluate instruction, and use of materials requiring in-depth knowledge of theories of educational course development and academic methods.

Communicate with staff and faculty on training.

Maintain liaisons to exchange course information to improve areas of instruction.

Incorporate emerging technologies into classroom setting to optimize learning outcomes.

Prepare correspondence regarding instructor training and certification.

Evaluate student feedback to modify courses and methods of instruction.
