Training Manager

Key responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to assess training needs, designing and delivering engaging training sessions, and mentoring trainers to improve their effectiveness. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards in training delivery and evaluating the impact of training programs on employee performance. The successful candidate will possess strong coaching skills and a passion for developing others. Required skills include expertise in training management, experience with service desk operations, and a solid understanding of quality assurance in training.
