Description

Training Manager - Product Enablement (Enterprise & Business)

Contract | Hybrid 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote

Overview

FinXL IT Professional Services is partnering with a leading enterprise telecommunications client during a major strategic rollout across their Enterprise & Business (EB) division.

Working as an embedded extension of the client team, you will spearhead the end-to-end enablement and training rollout for four new internet-based enterprise products. With foundational materials, technical IP, and subject-matter expertise already in place, your focus will be shaping these assets into practical, digestible learning programs that drive readiness and adoption across customer-facing teams and enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute the end-to-end training rollout roadmap across enterprise teams and key business stakeholders.
  • Translate established technical IP and product documentation into engaging, digital-first learning modules and delivery workflows.
  • Curate practical support materials-including FAQs, quick-reference guides, cheat sheets, and updates to the digital knowledge repository.
  • Deliver dynamic virtual and hybrid training sessions to build a deep understanding of product features, use cases, and customer nuances.
  • Monitor participant feedback and training effectiveness to continuously refine delivery techniques and collateral.

Key Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience as a Training Manager, Product Enablement Specialist, Systems Trainer, or L&D Consultant within large enterprise environments.
  • Telecommunications industry experience and/or a strong track record delivering training for new product launches (ideally internet, network, or cloud-based solutions).
  • Proven capability to synthesise complex, technical subject matter into intuitive, accessible training collateral and structured workflows.
  • Confident, polished communication skills with a proven track record of driving engagement across both virtual and hybrid environments.
  • A self-starter mindset with strong stakeholder management acumen, capable of working autonomously and representing FinXL within a high-profile enterprise environment.
