Training Officer

The Training officer for STS Group will be responsible for the development and delivery of training programmes for drivers as required by the business to maintain safe, timely and smart services. They will also support setting required development plans by recommending suitable and relevant training programmes. The training officer will be responsible for post-delivery management including measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of training programmes and planning improvements which will enhance the standards of STS Group.

• Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline; • Training delivery or tutoring qualification like "Train the Trainer"; • Good communication skill, Strong design and presentation skills. • Experience - Minimum five years' experience in Training design and delivery in the transportation/mobility or education industry; • Experience in delivering defensive driver trainings for heavy bus drivers • Experience in training school bus drivers is an added advantage
