Role Overview
YRGCARE has been
selected as a Sub-Recipient to SAATHII, supporting NACO in the implementation
of Phase-III of the Global Fund GFATM Program. The Global Fund aims to
establish institutional mechanisms for the training of Targeted Intervention
(TI) service providers through the Kshamta Kendra Training Centre, based in
Guwahati. The centre caters to the State AIDS Control Societies (SACS) of
Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, and Sikkim, providing training to staff of
NGOs and CBOs working with core groups such as Female Sex Workers (FSW), Men
who have Sex with Men (MSM), Hijra/Transgender individuals, People Who Inject
Drugs (PWID), and Link Workers Scheme staff. YRGCARE is seeking motivated
individuals for the following positions, to be based in Guwahati, Assam.

Key Responsibilities
- Organizing training programs-
fixing date, venue, RPs in consultation with SACS/TSU
- Communication/liaison with SACS/TSU
for organizing trainings
- Communication with master trainers
- Communication and follow up with
NGOs/CBOs
- Communication and follow up with
trainees
- Training hall and logistic
arrangements
- Willingness for inter-state travel,
as and when required
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate with two years of relevant experience or one
year of training experience in HIV programme
