Training Operations Coordinator - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Position Overview:
The Training Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of Christensen Farms' training and development programs while providing bilingual English/Spanish support across the organization.
This position coordinates training logistics, program administration, participant communications, data tracking, and reporting while serving as a key resource for knowledge management and bilingual training support. The Training Operations Coordinator helps ensure employees have access to accurate, current, and effective learning resources by managing content review processes, coordinating training material updates with subject matter experts, and maintaining English and Spanish training materials across the organization.

What You Will Do:
- Coordinate training programs, events, scheduling, participant communications, materials, and logistics for leadership, technical, onboarding, compliance, and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain program trackers, dashboards, evaluation data, and reporting to support organizational decision-making and program effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain training content governance processes, including training inventories, revision schedules, version control practices, and content review workflows.
- Coordinate periodic reviews of training materials, safety training, compliance training, job aids, SOPs, and development resources, engaging subject matter experts to ensure content remains current and accurate.
- Translate and review training materials, communications, and employee resources in English and Spanish, including validating AI-generated translations for accuracy and appropriate operational terminology.
- Organize and maintain training materials, knowledge repositories, document libraries, templates, and employee reference resources to ensure accessibility and consistency across the organization.
What You Offer Us:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, schedules, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required. including the ability to review translations of written business, operational, and training materials.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively work with subject matter experts and business partners across departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Experience maintaining records, reports, dashboards, or program data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
