Training Operations Manager | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

For our client, an international organization, we are looking for an experienced Training Operations Manager to join a newly developing global Training Operations team.

This is a hybrid leadership and expert role, combining people management with hands-on responsibility as a Subject Matter Expert and Process Owner. You will work closely with international stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring that training processes are effective, compliant and audit-ready.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a small, globally distributed Training Operations team.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Process Owner for key training processes.
  • Manage, maintain and continuously update training content and related processes.
  • Ensure training procedures and documentation meet required quality and compliance standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact during audits, working directly with auditors and representing the Training Operations area.
  • Cooperate with multiple international stakeholders and confidently represent the team and its processes.
  • Support the development of a newly built Training Operations function and help shape ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and the use of AI within Training Operations.
  • Support the development and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in occasional international business travel (approximately 5–10%).

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Training Operations, Learning Operations, Learning Administration or a similar area.
  • Experience working in an audited, compliant or regulated environment.
  • Practical experience supporting audits and cooperating with auditors.
  • Experience acting as a Process Owner, SME or taking ownership of complex operational processes.
  • Previous experience in people management or team coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confidence and assertiveness when working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and maintaining training content and processes.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Availability to work 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
  • Willingness to travel internationally approximately 5–10% of the time.
