Training Programe Executive ( 2-year contract | Weekends | Up to $5K)

You will support and run the day-to-day operations of Graduate Diploma programmes in a healthcare education setting. This includes programme administration, examination processes, governance support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll also support marketing/outreach to increase programme visibility and intake engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver programme administration and operational planning across multiple programmes

• Assist with examination workflows and ensure accuracy of exam-related records

• Coordinate meetings and governance documents with committees and stakeholders

• Support team members and ensure issues are resolved promptly

• Contribute to outreach activities and identify new publicity channels/platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

• 3 years of relevant working experience

• Experience coordinating with stakeholders (internal/external)

• Excel skills for marks-related calculations/formulas

• Strong communication and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable with occasional after-hours and ~20 weekends/year during peaks
