TRAINING SPECIALIST

You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD HAMPTON ROADS LS.

You will use software applications to measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs.

You will provide support for Training Support Programs and Testing Programs.

You will brief management to provide a current status on resources and training programs.

You will review, develop, revise, and change curriculum products.

You will resolve potential training problems by identifying issues and proposing solutions or developing approaches to solve the problem.

You will develop and publish course or schedule publications or notifications for training programs.
