As a Training Specialist, you will be at the heart of developing our teams' skills. You will design and deploy innovative training programs that meet Sanofi's strategic objectives.

The Training Department at the Le Trait site is a supportive and motivated team dedicated to building content together to simplify daily tasks for users.
Simplifying documentation and training materials through digital tools to shape training paths adapted to the roles at the Le Trait site is our business!

Key responsibilities:
- Produce effective training content in digital and simplified formats, meeting Quality & HSES standards
- Create work instructions in video format by filming best practices directly with employees in the field and then using video editing to maximize learner engagement
- Transform current documentation (improvement, simplification, and digitalization based on user roles)
- Design engaging training paths (in-person or e-learning) according to business & organizational needs
- Collaborate closely with managers and operational teams to keep paths and content up to date
- Support departments in the application of the computerized training system (iLearn & Learning Completion Dashboard)
- Innovate by integrating new technologies (AI, virtual reality)
- Ensure training compliance with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector
- Configure and maintain the iLearn system to meet user needs (creation of training objects, development of training strategy based on technical knowledge of the tool's features)

Background: In-depth knowledge of production constraints associated with work in Controlled Atmosphere Zones (ZAC)

Experience: Having held a position in production, maintenance, or field quality in an aseptic environment

Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in document platforms (Veeva) and training management systems (iLearn),
- Proficiency in IT tools: Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Zoom

Languages: French and understanding of English are essential (read and written)

Soft skills: Interest in video editing & digital (AI), agility and excellent communication skills, interest in field work, good interpersonal skills, rigor, team spirit

The salary range for this position is: €35 120,00 - €46 827
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
