- Review and negotiate key documentation (credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents) alongside legal counsel
- Manage transaction funding mechanics and cash flows
Portfolio & Lifecycle Management
- Act as primary contact for borrowers, lenders, and advisors
- Oversee utilisation requests and ongoing transaction activity
- Monitor covenants, margin ratchets, and key credit events
Complex Transaction Events
- Manage amendments, waivers, and consent processes
- Support refinancings, restructurings, prolongations, and exits
- Navigate more complex scenarios including distressed situations and insolvencies
Market & Relationship Engagement
- Build strong relationships with banks, sponsors, funds, and law firms
- Stay up to date on market trends and regulatory developments
Key Requirements
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Nice to Have
- Exposure to capital markets or bond transactions
- Experience with leveraged finance or restructuring scenarios
Why Join GLAS?
- Work on high-profile, complex transactions across global markets
- Partner with top-tier clients including leading PE firms and investment banks
- Gain exposure to both performing and stressed/distressed situations
- Be part of a growing, entrepreneurial business with real career progression
- Collaborative international culture with strong connectivity to London HQ
