Job Description
Manage credit line implementation and maintenance for term loans, as well as loan transactions across key systems, including Multi-Currency Loan System (MCL), Recovery Account System (RAS), Leasing System, Factoring System, and Bad Loan System (BLS), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant support for Business Banking, Commercial, and Corporate customers within delegated authority limits.
Ensure all activities comply with established procedures, operational risk management requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Review and enhance operational processes and control procedures for Commercial and Corporate loan operations to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate operational risks.
Participate in departmental projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives undertaken by the Wholesale Loan Operations Center (WLOC).
Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to team members on loan processing activities and related systems, including MCL, RAS, SAP, AIM, BLS, RBK, and BCO.
Support the team’s administrative and operational requirements, including resource planning, budget monitoring, reporting, and other assigned responsibilities.
