Location:

Boise, Idaho. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with clients and collaborating directly with an experienced legal team.

Note:

Must have an active license to practice law in Idaho, a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, and at least 1 years of directly relevant transactional law experience.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and revise a wide range of contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
  • Advise clients on business transactions, corporate governance, contracts, and other commercial legal matters.
  • Provide practical, strategic legal guidance tailored to each client's business objectives.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze applicable laws, regulations, and legal issues.
  • Support business formations, transactions, and other corporate matters.
  • Identify legal risks and develop thoughtful solutions that protect client interests.
  • Communicate directly with clients and build trusted, long-term professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality legal services.
  • Manage multiple matters and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Active license to practice law in Idaho.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • 1+ years of directly relevant transactional law experience.
  • Strong experience with contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of business law, business transactions, and corporate governance.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, communication, and client counseling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a client-service mindset.
