- Lead and manage the delivery of transformation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed appropriately.
Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning to identify potential project pitfalls and develop strategies to avoid or address them.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging insights from project outcomes, industry trends, and best practices to refine and enhance transformation delivery processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert in technology transformation, providing guidance and support to project teams and business stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering transformation projects in the technology sector.
Strong foundational knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience in applying them to drive successful project outcomes.
