We are seeking a Transformation Delivery Manager focuses on overseeing the delivery of mainframe transformation projects and defining and initiating projects to ensure the technology estate remains current and risks are effectively assessed and mitigated.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee in-flight mainframe transformation projects.
Assess technology estate for currency, obsolescence, and associated risks.
Develop remediation plans based on risk assessments.
Manage the overall delivery of transformation projects.
Key requirements
Extensive knowledge of mainframe technology.
Experience with data center transition or similar transformation projects.
Strong project management experience.
Experience working for a large pensions or insurance company regulated in the UK.
Nice to Have
Understanding of programme management methodologies.
Experience working in multi-national environments.
