Transformation Transition - Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Transition Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. Managing all aspects of transition activities across to Dentsu markets.
As an experienced Finance Transition AM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the seamless transfer of services, processes, and responsibilities from one entity to another, maintaining strong communication channels, and managing the overall change process effectively.
Excellent understanding of finance processes and finance BAU experience required to deliver the programs.

Project Planning and Coordination

• Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate all aspects of the transition, including timelines, resources, and

milestones.

• Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to ensure a successful transition.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the transition process.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage

expectations and provide regular updates.

• Address concerns and queries from customers promptly and professionally.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and assess the impact of changes on customer operations, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of the transition process.
• Generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting
• progress and key performance indicators.
• Conduct post-transition reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for
• improvement.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance processes
• Atleast 3 -4 years experience in managing end to end transitions.
• Experience in a shared service / GCC would be ideal
