What You’ll Do
- Safely operate company vehicles, on scheduled and on-demand routes.
- Provide respectful, reliable, and courteous transportation services.
- Assist passengers with mobility needs, including safely securing wheelchairs and assistive devices.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate trip, mileage, fuel, and passenger records.
- Follow West Virginia traffic laws and Omega safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming transportation environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement — required.
- 2+ years of professional driving experience; healthcare, shuttle, transit, or paratransit experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Martinsburg and surrounding communities.
- Clean driving record with no major violations or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass required physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings.
- Reliable, punctual, patient, and safety-focused.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Patient, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with individuals with disabilities.
