Support departing, continuing, and newly elected Senators and their staff during the biennial transition to a new Congress. Serve as the primary point of contact with all stakeholders for the purpose of transitioning office spaces. Develop and review written materials such as reports, program overviews, and outreach material. Create and maintain reports, website content, forms, and dashboards for congressional transitions and inaugural ceremonies. Plan, implement, and facilitate training sessions, including researching and collating information on a wide variety of topics and developing and delivering presentations. Coordinate and support ad hoc projects and special events. Assist in identifying support resources and perform outreach efforts throughout the Senate. Other duties as assigned.
