TRANSLATOR

We are seeking a skilled Translator to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. As a Translator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication across languages, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate translations for our organization.

• Translate written documents from source language to target language, maintaining the original meaning, style, and tone
• Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy, grammar, and consistency
• Utilize translation memory tools and terminology databases to ensure consistency across projects
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand specialized content and terminology
• Manage multiple translation projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
• Stay updated on language trends, cultural nuances, and industry-specific terminology
• Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of translation
• Assist in developing and maintaining translation glossaries and style guides

• Fluency in at least two languages, with one being the primary target language
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a professional translator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both source and target languages
• Proficiency in using translation software and computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness to ensure appropriate localization of content
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Time management skills and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with various subject matters and industries is a plus
• Authorization to work in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France
