Transport Controller
Summary
Coordinates transport logistics by scheduling driver jobs, tracking vessel ETAs, and managing driver assignments using Portnet and GPS systems.
Responsibilities
- Receive Customer Orders and schedule jobs to drivers accordingly meeting the Vessel ETA
- Make sure the drivers are treated fairly and there is no unfair distribution of trips
- Provide Polite and Professional Customer Service
- Use Portnet for processing, checking of vessel information
- Use CMS Live/Trips for GPS Tracking of vehicles
- Manage drivers leaves, incentives etc
- Duties assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Basic Computer skills, good typing speed
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
