Oversee daily fleet operations, driver activities, and parcel handling for a logistics company, ensuring smooth outbound deliveries and resolving driver app issues.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring fleet performance of drivers
2. Managing daily driver outbound activity where parcels are handed over to drivers for outbound delivery
3. Responsible in maintaining discipline and attendance of drivers
4. Handling of parcel exceptions such as missorted and damaged parcels.
5. Responsible in troubleshooting app-related issues that drivers are facing
Requirements
1. Proficient in MS Office
2. Able to work in a team
