Transport Maint Crew Chief - Sterling City

TxDOT's San Angelo District is looking for a Transportation Maintenance Crew Chief in the Sterling City Maintenance Office. This is an entry-level leadership position in the maintenance section and will help maintain the roads in Sterling and Glasscock counties. Individuals in this role coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel for roadway maintenance projects and work closely with the maintenance section supervisor. Duties require basic computer skills and ability to learn necessary computer applications, as well as providing professional communication and timely responses via phone or email to coworkers and the public. Experience gained in this position can provide opportunities for advancement within the department.

Work Schedule\: Monday - Thursday, 7\:00 a.m. - 5\:30 p.m.
