Responsibilities

Plan and arrange delivery routes and drop points to optimize driver schedules and ensure timely deliveries
Identify and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement strategies in delivery operations
Perform ad-hoc deliveries during manpower shortages to maintain service continuity
Manage drivers’ leave and absenteeism to maintain adequate staffing levels
Monitor and maintain trucks’ conditions to ensure operational safety and reliability
Prepare monthly cost and efficiency reports to track performance and support decision-making
Drive customer satisfaction to achieve and maintain a 95% satisfaction level through effective delivery management
