Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Transport Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery operations, managing a team of drivers, improving efficiency, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transport and logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Manage and supervise a team of drivers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle incident management, including vehicle breakdowns, delays, and emergency situations.
• Implement and maintain technology-driven solutions for tracking and optimizing deliveries.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on transportation performance, costs, and improvements.
