Job Overview

Conducting transportation data analytics and cost research.

Job Requirements

Import shipping management
Provide packing list and invoice to customs department and arrange import to TE Zhuhai and verify forwarder's billing and apply payment in order to ensure smooth import of company goods.

Export shipping management
(i)Working with planner and warehouse,create delivery and TO for finished goods pick/packing, doing shipment,issue invoice in SAP. (ii)Creative booking to HK forwarder and get awb(airway bill) information from forwarder and inform forwarder pick up goods in order to to ensure smooth export of company goods.
(iii)Monitor TE ZH shipments and resolve critical issues during transportation in order to make sure the shipments arrive in the destinations on time.

SAP
(i)Join SAP training in order to improve SAP use efficiency of the team; (ii)Communicate with SAP team in order to resolve the problems.

Reports and Logistic agents performance monitoring
(i)Complete import/export shipping reports including shipping data,costs in order to improve shipping management and save costs. (ii)Monitor Logistic agents performance in order to improve their service level and provide referrence of logistic agents selection to relate department.

Daily Import&Export Follow up
Implement daily import&export customs clearance activities including preparing invoices, packing lists, and CIQ documents

Customs data Maintain
Maintain customs E-book information including classifying the new part numbers to the accurate customs HS.codes,Chinese description.
Maintain customs clearance document, analysize the data and ensure the record accuracy. Upload the accurate customs data into payment system to ensure payment compliance.

What your background should look like

College degree
Trading or English educational background
8 years working experience in logistic and customs management
Effective bilingual
