Transportation and Fleet Manager

Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Transportation Manager to support our transportation team. In this role, you will oversee the overall operations of the transportation department and organizational fleet management.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and work with outside partners in the overall fleet management
• Supervise and lead members of the transportation team
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and discharging employees in accordance with company policies and guidelines
• Ensure all transportation staff maintain licenses and certifications
• Oversee the transportation budget and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
• Use technology to maintain the organization’s transportation schedule, track mileage, track fuel cost and vehicle performance
• Schedule and accommodate appropriate social outings and trips for residents

What you'll need:

• High School or Equivalent
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 2+ years of transportation experience

Compensation: $52k - $53k, based on experience, and includes our comprehensive benefits package.
