Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate transportation and installation activities for fixed facilities, including float-over installations and heavy lifting operations.
• Ensure execution of work complies with industry standards and offshore construction best practices.
• Supervise and provide oversight for service and vendor personnel during offshore construction activities.
• Interface and coordinate with relevant project teams, maintaining good communication and interpersonal relationships throughout.
• Act in supervisory or acting roles as necessary during project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience with large projects in construction-related disciplines in the oil & gas industry. This includes construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, or similar areas.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience, including acting roles or direct oversight of service/vendor personnel.
• Demonstrated experience in offshore construction as a methods and field engineer (or similar), specifically in transportation and installation of fixed facilities, transportation, float-over installations, and heavy lifting operations.
• Essential to have direct float-over experience. Dynamic positioning (DP) float-over experience highly valued.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and interfacing skills are required.
