Northdale Oil Inc. is hiring a Dispatcher to join our transportation team.
We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and help coordinate the daily movement of our fuel delivery fleet.
Our dispatch team manages the movement of gasoline, diesel, DEF, and propane while coordinating drivers, customers, product availability, equipment, and changing delivery needs throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch fuel deliveries to customers
- Communicate with drivers regarding loads, routes, schedules, and changes
- Monitor delivery progress and help keep loads running on schedule
- Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries and changing needs
- Verify product availability and assist with load planning
- Respond to driver call-ins, equipment problems, delays, and other unexpected issues
- Work with drivers and management to solve problems quickly and safely
- Maintain accurate dispatch information and records
- Help ensure operations remain compliant with company policies and DOT requirements
- Assist the transportation team wherever needed to keep daily operations moving
