In this role, you'll do more than drive. You'll provide reliable transportation services that help people maintain their independence, participate in their communities, and reach important daily destinations.
Location: Massillon, Ohio
What You'll Do
- Safely transport individuals to and from scheduled destinations using agency vehicles.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer service.
- Assist passengers when entering and exiting vehicles as needed.
- Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices according to safety procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate transportation records and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, caregivers, and program staff.
- Promote a respectful, welcoming, and positive experience for all passengers.
