Position Summary
The Transportation & General Services Support Specialist provides transportation services and operational support for employees, visitors, contractors, and company operations while assisting the General Services and Facilities teams with daily campus activities. This role coordinates shuttle operations, transportation requests, facility support tasks, and campus logistics to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional work environment. The position also supports facility projects, office moves, event setup, and general campus operations.

Operate scheduled employee shuttle routes, including morning and midday transportation services, ensuring safe and timely transportation of passengers. |

Provide transportation support for visitors, vendors, contractors, airport pickups and drop-offs, rental vehicle coordination, and other business-related transportation requests. |

Assist Facilities and General Services with office moves, furniture relocation, workstation setup, conference room arrangements, signage installation, and campus improvement projects. |

Perform routine campus support activities, including supply deliveries, material transportation, inventory movement, water station inspections, and support for company events and special projects. |

Conduct basic inspections of company transportation vehicles, report maintenance concerns, maintain vehicle cleanliness standards, and coordinate service requirements as needed. |

Support General Services operations by assisting with employee service requests, locker deliveries, campus communications distribution, and operational logistics activities. |

Maintain transportation logs, mileage records, passenger counts, and other operational documentation while identifying opportunities for process improvements and service efficiencies. |
