Transportation & Logistics Driver

Purpose of Role

The Transportation & Logistics Driver exists to ensure the safe, reliable, and timely movement of employees, visitors, and operational materials across Paradise Games’ retail and administrative locations.

In support of our mission to be the most trusted operator in The Bahamas, this role safeguards store readiness, protects company assets during transport, and ensures professional representation of the organisation at all times.

What You Will Take Ownership Of

• Safely transporting employees, approved visitors, and essential materials across designated routes in accordance with scheduled timelines and safety standards.

• Executing structured logistics coordination, including airport transfers, mail boat shipments, inter-island movements, and delivery of operational supplies.

• Maintaining disciplined vehicle readiness standards, including daily safety inspections, cleanliness, fuel management, and accurate documentation of mileage and deliveries.

• Upholding strict passenger verification, confidentiality, and professional conduct while representing Paradise Games on the road.

  What You Will Solve: You are trusted to adjust routes due to traffic conditions, manage time-sensitive pick-ups and deliveries, escalate vehicle or safety concerns immediately, and ensure employees and materials arrive without disrupting store operations, without waiting for managerial instruction.

Who You Will Collaborate With

You will report to the Senior HR Manager and work closely with District Managers, Warehouse Manager, Reception, HR & Administration, Marketing, and Accounts to ensure seamless transportation and logistics coordination.

• Operational Reliability: Employees and materials arrive on schedule with minimal disruption to store operations.

• Road Compliance: Full adherence to all applicable road traffic laws and company driving policies, with no preventable traffic violations or infractions while operating company vehicles.

• Safety Performance: Zero preventable accidents and consistent defensive driving practices.

• Documentation Accuracy: Complete and accurate driver logs, mileage records, fuel tracking, and delivery confirmations.

• Professional Conduct: Consistent verification of authorised passengers and respectful representation of Paradise Games.

Who Is the Ideal Person
Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years’ active driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate a standard (stick) shift 30 seater jitney.

• Valid Bahamian Driver’s Licence (required and must remain valid at all times).

• Public Service Driver’s Licence (preferred).

• 2–3 years’ experience in professional driving, shuttle, courier, or logistics support.

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate multi-passenger vehicles.

• Strong time management and route planning skills.

• Ability to work independently and provide real-time updates using approved communication channels.

This is a field-based position operating primarily in Nassau, The Bahamas.
