TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST

You will serve as a TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST in the CNRH, PUBLIC WORKS of PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY.

You will provide complete support in managing, planning, coordinating, and directing all vehicle fleet operations and maintenance of various Transportation equipment and weight handling equipment.

You will use the Fleet Management Information System, Maximo to administer Fleet Management and utilize reports and data to support short- and long-term decision-making.

You will formulate, analyze, and monitor the financial execution of the Transportation Commodities/Services, the Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) overhead budget, and the Operating Target Transportation (OPTAR TR) budget for the installation.

You will monitor the utilization of Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) against plans, reviewing for overall consistency, potential problem areas, areas of imbalance and formulate adjustments required to maintain an effective program.
