Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong knowledge of family, cruise, single, and return travel. The Travel Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring that clients have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
• Ensure that clients have all necessary travel documents and information
• Handle any issues or problems that arise during travel, including flight cancellations, lost luggage, and other emergencies
• Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and changes in regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent
• Strong knowledge of family, cruise, single, and return travel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office
