Cardiovascular Technologist – Echo Tech specialty, Marysville, California, US. Start date 11/17/2026 for an eight-week travel assignment. Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiography to image heart muscle, chambers, valves, and vessels; assess cardiac function
- Prepare patients, position them, apply gels and electrodes, verify signals, and document measurements
- Collaborate with cardiologists, conduct examinations, evaluate findings, and report results
- Set up and maintain ultrasound equipment; manage patient records in the electronic medical record system (EPIC experience preferred)
- Conduct treadmill echocardiography when indicated to assess functional capacity
- Maintain equipment, restock supplies, protect patient confidentiality, and ensure safety and patient comfort

Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Current or eligible Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification from ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience: At least 1 year of hospital or clinical echocardiography experience
- Certifications: Echocardiography certification preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification required
- EPIC experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced hospital/clinical setting
