Travel Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team in the Delhi-NCR Region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong understanding of the travel industry, particularly in air travel and ticketing. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning their travel itineraries, booking flights, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel process. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. - Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus to book flights and manage reservations. - Provide accurate information regarding travel options, including pricing, schedules, and policies. - Handle ticketing processes and manage Passenger Name Records (PNR) efficiently. - Stay updated on travel regulations, airline policies, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations. - Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process or travel experience. - Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Required Skills: - Proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Amadeus. - Strong knowledge of international travel regulations and ticketing procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
