Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell long-haul destinations including Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and various African countries, as well as luxury cruises, focusing on VIP clients.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries.

  • Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodations, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.

  • Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports.

  • Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.

  • Upsell Travelwings' brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.



Requirements


  • 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales and management of long-haul destinations.

  • Proven track record in handling luxury destinations and VIP clients.

  • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.

  • Previous experience managing Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) and Fully Independent Travel (FIT) products.

  • Strong knowledge of global destinations and world geography.

  • Proficient in negotiation techniques and achieving sales targets.

  • Motivation to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth initiatives.
