Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage inbound travel operations, ensuring smooth execution of travel services.
- Design and create customized tour packages and itineraries based on client preferences.
- Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on travel solutions.
- Apply strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound operations within the travel industry.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills to secure and close travel deals.
- Ability to create tailor-made tour packages and itineraries.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
