Travel Customer Support Representative
Are you someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and keeping details organized? We are looking for motivated individuals interested in providing customer support while assisting clients with vacation planning, travel research, reservations, and booking details.

What You'll Do
- Assist clients with travel-related questions and vacation planning needs
- Research hotels, resorts, cruises, destinations, and other travel options
- Help clients compare available options based on preferences and budgets
- Assist with reservations, booking details, and confirmation information
- Provide support with reservation updates or changes when needed
- Communicate important travel information, deadlines, and trip details
- Research transportation, activities, excursions, and destination information
- Help organize itineraries and important travel documents
- Maintain accurate and organized client and reservation information
- Utilize online travel platforms and supplier resources
- Provide friendly and professional support throughout the travel planning process
