In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with clients to transform their travel dreams into personalized, unforgettable experiences. If you’re passionate about planning, love exploring new destinations, and enjoy crafting unique journeys, this role is for you!

  • Booking Coordination: Manage travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring a seamless and accurate process.

  • Industry Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination insights, and special offers to provide expert recommendations.

  • Feedback & Follow-Up: Connect with clients after their travels to collect feedback and foster ongoing relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable using digital research and booking platforms.

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently from a remote setting.

  • Enthusiastic about travel and helping others create memorable adventures.

What You’ll Get:

  • Flexible remote work schedule.

  • Access to top industry tools, vendors, and exclusive perks.

  • Travel discounts and ongoing professional development.

  • Collaborative and supportive team culture.
