Travel Fulfilment Specialist
About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for an Operations or Fulfillment
specialist to leverage their broad industry knowledge and experience to support
our Product Operations team. As a rapidly growing business, the position is
fast paced & hands on, covering vast aspects of a Product Operations role
including the internal customer support as well as booking reconciliation &
fulfillment of travel reservations.

Requirements
- Quality-check bookings and traveller
documentation to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
- Provide Air Ticketing and Land Product Voucher
fulfilment support
- Fulfil additional passenger service requests
- Monitor and process customer payments to relevant
travel files
- Provide product support to the sales team as required
- Manage airline schedule changes to keep bookings up
to date and accurate
- Review and manage service reports, supplier queries,
and requests
- Maintain and update hotel room availability
information
- Handle general booking-related queries from internal
stakeholders
- Minimum
2 years experience in the Travel Industry in a Travel Operations Support
position or Bookings Fulfilment is essential
- Experience
using a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is essential
- Prior
experience as a Travel Consultant is advantageous
- Fare
calculation, basic ticketing knowledge and queue management is important
- Highly
proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Has worked in
the travel industry and understands the back-end booking process
- Well
organised and methodical in their approach to the task at hand
- Capable of
handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
- Able to think
critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Demonstrates
critical thinking, sound judgement and discretion in decision-making and
problem-solving situations
- Technologically
savvy and resourceful
- Results-oriented
and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
- Able to
exercise strong attention to detail and demonstrate solid financial acumen
- An effective
communicator in speaking and writin
- Self-motivated
