We are looking for an experienced Travel Planner who is passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences. If you enjoy designing customized itineraries, communicating with clients, and turning travel dreams into reality, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences and budgets.
• Prepare quotations and travel proposals.
• Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel arrangements.
• Provide professional travel advice and destination recommendations.
• Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth travel operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after each trip.

Requirements

• Min 2 Years Experience in travel planning or the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of destinations, flights, and travel logistics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English & Chinese is an advantage
• Proficient in using the Sabre reservation system
