Travel Plaza Cashier

Job Description:

Onvo is looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our team as Cashiers.

As a Cashier, you'll help create a great experience for our customers by providing excellent service, accurately processing transactions, and keeping the store clean, stocked, and ready for travelers on the go.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Ring up purchases and process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain a balanced register.
• Assist customers with questions and help them find what they need.
• Keep checkout areas, shelves, coolers, and displays clean and organized.
• Restock merchandise as needed.
• Help receive and put away deliveries.
• Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions.
• Address customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Dependable team players who show up ready to work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
