Travel Product Development Executive

Role Summary

Responsible for developing and managing halal-friendly leisure travel packages, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating rates, creating itineraries, and ensuring products are competitive, operationally feasible, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and develop halal-friendly leisure travel packages.
• Source and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, land operators, transport providers, and attractions.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and package inclusions.
• Design detailed itineraries and travel experiences.
• Prepare package costing, pricing, and profit analysis.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate flight, accommodation, transfer, and tour arrangements.
• Produce accurate product information, brochures, and travel documentation.
• Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct destination research and supplier inspections when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Experience in travel product development, tour operations, or travel consultancy preferred.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of leisure travel products and halal tourism is an advantage.
• Ability to travel overseas for supplier meetings and product inspections when required.
