Interventional Radiology Tech (IR Tech) – Interventional Radiology specialty, Everett, Washington – Start date 09/21/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment; weekly pay range $2,895–$2,935; shift 4x10 days; setting: hospital-based IR service within a Level II trauma center.

- Setting: Hospital-based IR service in a Level II trauma center with 3 single-plane rooms, 1 biplane, and 1 hybrid room
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional IR procedures under physician guidance, including cerebral and body angiography/interventions, Y90, chemoembolization, cryoablation, venous access, and CNS/peripheral interventions
- Conduct image-guided procedures using fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound, and other imaging modalities; manage contrast administration and patient safety
- Place and manage ports, dialysis/access catheters, central lines, nephrostomy tubes, and perform related venous access as needed
- Participate in biopsies (image-guided) and other IR-driven therapies within the OR-based IR workflow
- Collaborate with two Interventional Radiologists, one Neuro Interventionalist, 1–2 Vascular Surgeons, and 1 PA/NP on a daily basis; contribute to team planning and post-procedure care
- Maintain documentation in the EPIC charting system, uphold sterile technique, radiation safety, and patient care standards; participate in on-call coverage as required
Requirements
- Active Washington state radiologic technologist license
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 2 years IR/Angio experience
- Required procedural experience: angiograms, nephrograms, venous access, contrast use
- Ability to work in an OR-based IR service and perform charting in EPIC; meet on-site assignment requirements
- Travel eligibility with acceptance of non-local candidates (locals not accepted per posting); first-time travelers considered if they meet experience
