In this role you will help clients plan and book unforgettable travel experiences, from Caribbean cruises to European getaways, working alongside established travel partners and suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning and booking vacations, cruises, and travel packages
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Research destinations, suppliers, and travel options to match client needs
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently
- Collaborate with team members and travel partners as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Passion for travel and helping others is a must
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Must reside in the United States
