Travel System Support (Serko)
About the Role
Reliable Services is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Travel Systems Support professional to join our team. This role will support the implementation and configuration of new travel clients across Serko, Tramada, Ello, and Sabre.
You will work closely with the implementation team to ensure accurate system builds, appropriate company and travel policy configurations, effective profile management, and smooth client go-live processes.
This is a remote, work-from-home position suited to someone interested in travel technology, system configuration, and implementation support. Full training will be provided to help you learn our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and configuration of new travel clients across Serko, Tramada, Ello, and Sabre.
Assist with system builds, company profiles, and travel policy configurations.
Manage and maintain company and traveller profiles accurately.
Conduct system testing to ensure configurations are correct and ready for use.
Provide implementation and go-live support for new clients.
Work closely with the implementation team to resolve setup issues and deliver reliable travel solutions.
Follow established procedures and maintain accurate system records and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in travel systems, travel technology, or a related field is an advantage.
Serko experience is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with Tramada, Ello, Sabre, or other online booking tools (OBTs) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed processes and work independently.
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and implementation processes.
Work Arrangement
Work setup: Remote / Work from home.
Full training will be provided.
Applicants should be comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team.
Applicants must be available to attend a scheduled in-office training week in November 2026.
