Your New Role

  • Based in Anaheim, CA

  • Lead commercial electrical construction projects throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona

  • Travel approximately 50% as project demands require

  • Supervise and mentor crews of 2 to 25 electricians

  • Plan manpower, assign work, and coordinate daily field production

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel

  • Order materials and manage labor requirements

  • Install, oversee, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems, including power distribution, switchgear, lighting, controls, and refrigeration power

  • Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and productivity goals

  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures

  • Lead projects including ground-up commercial construction, tenant improvements, commercial remodels, industrial facilities, distribution centers, warehouses, retail, and mixed-use developments

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman

  • Experience leading crews of 2 to 25 electricians

  • Commercial new construction and commercial remodel experience

  • Experience managing commercial electrical projects valued from $100K to $3M+

  • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, lighting, controls, and refrigeration power

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings

  • Experience with labor planning, material ordering, and project scheduling

  • OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain

  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 50% throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona
