Traveling Production Manager
The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
Location: This is more than a job, it's an opportunity to be part of transformational projects while building a career defined by growth, adventure, and accomplishment. As a dedicated member of our project team, you'll be based on-site where critical decisions are made and progress happens every day. We recognize the commitment that comes with travel, which is why our rotation includes returning home every three weeks for an extended long weekend, allowing you to stay connected to what matters most while pursuing exceptional career opportunities.
At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
As a Production Manager, you'll be a driving force behind that mission, helping project teams deliver work more safely, efficiently, and predictably while shaping the future of construction execution.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing how work gets done, and helping teams achieve their full potential. Working alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners, you'll lead the implementation of the Boldt Production System (BPS), transforming project plans into reliable, efficient workflows that improve productivity and project outcomes.
You'll partner closely with field and project leadership to optimize production strategies, streamline material and information flow, improve site logistics, and eliminate obstacles before they impact the work. Beyond managing processes, you'll coach and develop project teams, facilitate collaborative planning sessions, and help build a culture of continuous improvement across the jobsite.
This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on some of the industry's most complex projects while building leadership skills that can lead to expanded operational, project, and executive leadership opportunities. If you're passionate about innovation, team development, operational excellence, and leaving projects better than you found them, you'll find an exciting career path at Boldt.
If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
