The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
Location: Our project-based roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in the field and want to see the direct impact of their work. You'll be assigned full-time to active project sites across our portfolio, working closely with experienced project teams and industry-leading clients. To support a sustainable travel lifestyle, team members return home every three weeks for a long weekend, providing regular opportunities to rest, recharge, and spend quality time at home before returning to the jobsite.

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects—we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact. We're looking for a Project Controls Scheduler who wants more than just maintaining schedules. We're looking for someone who wants to be deeply involved in how major power generation projects are planned, executed, and delivered.

As a key member of our project team, you'll help shape project strategy from the earliest planning stages through completion. Working closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and craft leadership, you'll develop and manage fully integrated, resource-loaded schedules that provide the roadmap for successful project execution. Your ability to understand construction means, methods, and sequencing will directly influence project performance, productivity, and decision-making.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support projects remotely during preconstruction and planning, then transition onsite as construction begins, allowing you to see your plans come to life in the field. You'll analyze drawings and scopes of work, develop detailed execution plans, monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and collaborate with project teams to develop recovery and mitigation strategies when conditions change. You'll also play a critical role in evaluating productivity, forecasting milestones, supporting earned value analysis, and helping leadership make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

If you enjoy digging into complex construction challenges, working closely with self-perform craft operations, and seeing the direct impact of your work on the success of major power generation projects, this is an opportunity to build both your expertise and your career. At Boldt, you'll work alongside industry-leading builders, gain exposure to some of the most complex projects in the country, and have opportunities for continued growth within Project Controls, Project Management, and Operations leadership.

If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
