Traveling Commercial Drywall Superintendent

Solid Rock Recruiting is partnered with a well-established commercial drywall contractor seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee large-scale Division 9 projects.

This position is ideal for a field leader who is comfortable running major commercial jobs, managing crews across multiple locations, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on large commercial drywall projects

• Supervise crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality

• Coordinate closely with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors

• Maintain project schedules, manpower planning, and material flow

• Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies

• Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track

• Travel as required to support projects in multiple locations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Drywall Superintendent

• Strong background in large, complex commercial projects

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple crews and fast-paced job sites

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and execution

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly
